RIP – Ray Quaid & Bridie O’ Brien & Nora O’ Sullivan

RIP Ray Quaid

CuChulainns GAA would like to pass on our condolences to all the family and friends of Ray Quaid Late of Rockhill, Bruree, / Croom, Limerick who passed away suddenly aged 27 in London last weekend. He will be Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Ned & Rose, sisters Emma & Karen, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends. Granson of the late Michael & Rose Enright (Skule Fedamore) & Timmy & Betty Quaid (Cappanahane, Granagh).

Ray had recently taken back up hurling with CuChulainns after a few years out and had become a regular at training over the past month and was very happy to be back hurling. The weekend before his passing he was with us for the night for our 2016 club awards in the Man of Kent and a great night was had by all. We all unfortunately only knew Ray for a short time but he will remain in our memories.

Funeral arrangements.
Reposing at home in Rockhill, Bruree on Sunday from 4pm to 8pm. Removal to arrive for Requiem Mass, Monday at 12.30pm in Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church, Banogue with funeral afterwards to Bruree Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.

RIP Bridie O’Brien

The death has occurred of Bridie O’ Brien (wife of John, former hurler of CuChulainns). We extend our condolences to all of Bridies friends and family at this time.

Funeral arrangements.
Removal on Wednesday 12th July at 7pm to St Patricks Church, 24 Hardie Close, Neasden, NW10 0UH. Mass at 11am on Thursday July 13th in St Patrick church. Removal following this to St. Marys Kensal Green cemetery, Harrow road, White city, NW10 5NU.

RIP Nora O’ Sullivan

The death has occurred of Nora O’SULLIVAN of Ealing, London, Late of Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo and Shanagarry, Co. Cork. Peacefully on 3rd July 2017. Beloved wife of Jack (Former CuChulainns player) and dear mother of Suzanne, Caroline and Jackie. Sadly missed also by her sons-in-law Tony, Tim and Dave, her brother Tommie, sisters Catherine and Annie, her grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing 12/07/17 at St Marys Church, Ealing from 18.30pm.
Reposing in T.Wallis and Sons Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton from 5.00pm Thursday 13th July 2017 followed by Removal at 6.15pm to The Immaculate Conception Church, Shanagarry. Requiem Mass on Friday 14th of July 2017 at 11.00am in The Immaculate Conception Church, Shanagarry. Burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Cloyne.
