by Cu Chulainns on January 10, 2011

St Gabriels London

Last weekend in Ruislip, London County Hurling Champion’s St Gabriels after suffering an early defeat to Robert Emmetts, who they beat in the 2009 County Final, rediscovered their winning ways on Saturday when running out seven point winners over ‘Emmetts in the Ryan Cup semi final. In men’s football on Sunday in the Tipperary Cup, St Brendans managed to trump Tara but only after a great battle and a narrow one point win. Meanwhile, London football kingpins Tir Chonaill Gaels went down in a surprise loss to St Kiernans. Here to report on the games is London GAA Chairperson, Tommy Harrell.
